ITC India, in collaboration with TTTC is committed to continue presenting DFT workshops and seminars at different colleges across India. This was primarily done with the intent of providing the right exposure to the young students and professors on the latest industry practices and current research. We do see that translating into the number of papers we have received from students and professors across several institutes in the country. As with each edition of the conference, we plan to put together a rich conference program with keynotes from distinguished speakers in the industry, tutorials across various topics ranging from basics of Digital Circuit Testing to advanced areas of testing. All the papers selected for this conference will be published in IEEExplore & Top 3 papers of this conference may have the opportunity of direct entry to ITC US (ITC India 2021 had its top 3 papers presented in ITC US). The main track of the conference will have a wide variety of papers which are selected from the overall submissions we receive this year. In addition to this we will have sessions from ART & TRC tracks, invited talks and a panel discussion.
