Once you have completed the payment successfully, you will receive the Invoices / Tickets to your Email automatically.
The tickets purchaser (biller) will receive both the tickets and the Invoices. The Attendee will only receive the tickets.
You may download the invoices by clicking on the Orders link in My Account Page.
You may download the tickets by clicking on the Tickets link in My Account Page.
If in case your payment was declined / failed, please check if any amount was deducted from your Bank / Credit card. If any discrepencies, please contact our team:[email protected]

EmailsAfter completion of payment, If you have not received the tickets & invoices to the inbox, please check the spam & junk folders of your email client. Alternatively, go to My Account area.
